• At Bagore Atelier, we pour time and care into crafting our hand-crocheted bags and pure linen dresses. Each piece is designed to be a timeless heirloom for your wardrobe. Because we are a small, family-owned studio, we handle returns with a blend of structure and personal care.

  • Return Window: We accept returns within 14 days of your package delivery date.

  • Item Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the exact condition you received it, with all original tags attached.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  • Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
